Fersher. My own inclination is to convene a revolutionary cell and work out what the tags ought to be, then make it all happen in one fell swoop. ... among other things, every time I want to get involved in that it takes me twenty minutes to figure out how to propose a synonym and another twenty to figure out how to vote.

They are the same thing. There's no reason to have two tags. Tag genitive (17 questions) is significantly less-used than the tag possessive (104 questions), so it seems that possessive should be the primary.
