They are the same thing. There's no reason to have two tags.
Tag genitive (17 questions) is significantly less-used than the tag possessive (104 questions), so it seems that possessive should be the primary.
There are two tags for the same concept, "English as spoken out loud": speech (50 questions) and spoken-english (28). Neither has any followers.
