This is just to give a small brief on what I have been working on EzYield Fix now item. This has assigned to me on 07-Aug-2015 and before diving into start the development I had to setup the LIVE code base into my machine. This was not a easy task as the proper code was not in an one place. I had to merge lot of files by going through with decompiled jar file and remote machine code.(This had took me almost 2 days)
I have completed the development as per the structure which you have designed and discussed with me.(on 13-Aug-2015). But because of LIVE code conflicts I was struck …

I'd like to let your know about the progress of EzYield assigned to me on 7-Aug-2015. Due to some new urgent Fix Now items (BONO-7473, among others), I'll need to finish them first and then continue EzYield as soon as possible (expecting tomorrow).
After that first paragraph, I may let the boss know how diligent (ahem!) I was. I had to pull several things off (as in your code bases). But don't worry boss. I'm on it. ;-)

There are several more points we could add to that list. I may add some later.
For example, a problem that was raised every once in a while in the past was that ELL sometimes looked like a Q&ATA&C instead of a Q&A platform. New ELL users who are native speakers sometimes spotted this very quickly soon after they spent a week or two on ELL.

I haven't checked it thoroughly, but is there any rule or guideline about conflicts of interest between being a mod on SE and running a community elsewhere.
So, it's okay if I joined Chem.SE, then built my own community elsewhere, and run for a mod on Chem.SE while promoting my own community on Chem.SE at the same time.
@inɒzɘmɒЯ.A.M I can't see why there would be. If they tried to pull users away it would be visible to all in comments and moderator access to private e-mail addresses is monitored, so they couldn't really do anything a regular user couldn't do.
Of course, policies don't need to ban something the common sense bans @Dam.

There are a couple of problems here.
Your bean (or "POJO" as you want to call it) doesn't adhere the Javabeans specification as to boolean properties. Particularly that boolean getters have the form of isPropertyName() and not getPropertyName().
Fix it accordingly:

If you go to his profile and check the questions he asked, most of those are just to focus on teaching something to the world. Because he has already got the answer. But he is still asking that question and himself answer to that question
