@Aravona 15 opeaks training in full swing for me, I ran 3 miles with a 15lb pack on up hill and ticked off another snowdonia peak with some friends who'd never been up a mountain before
I managed to get my 1000km badge in Ingress (means I have walked 1000km playing the game since I first started) - I'm still not fit, but it at least gets me out and about :-)
@RoryAlsop Pretty goog to be honest. It was quite a straight forward peak, Arenig Fawr. Though in an attempt to make it a bit more interesting on the way down we had to fight though quite a lot of heather!
@RoryAlsop @Liam nice to both of you! I have a tiny jogging aim this year of 1 mile without stopping. I can walk for hours, miles, but couldn't jog to save my life!
Had been out for the weekend.. Fortunately knee is looking good, but I don't intend to exert it right away.. Needed an outing so went to a forest.. Spotted hyenas and a leopard. Made my day!
@RoryAlsop pretty pleased Dynadin got our guitars up in the study today :) now I'll be able to play more. It'd certainly a better life than under the bed!

@WedaPashi You mean the Classico? Yeah I watched a bit. But not as good as the CL match of Schalke vs Real. That game was a bomb. Btw I saw the Munich game vs Donezk live but it was quite boring tbh. Still 7 goals are always nice to watch ;)
