Afternoon all - I've missed the chat. Far too many hours driving yesterday (3 hrs longer than expected due to M6 and M25 jams)
Now we have a bell tent up for 8, an 18 man tent and another two four man tents, a hit run full of kids, Pimms and croquet on one of the lawns, a parents sports day, and the weather is lovely. We actually have gliders taking off directly overhead.
Just from Scotland down to a friends house in Kent for a huge party. Lots of pilots here, RAF, Fleet Air Arm and civilian, so my son is busy chatting to them all - he's an air cadet and looking to get as much flying in as possible. Hoping for some gliding tomorrow...
