I wonder if it would be a good question to ask: what is the difference metabolically, in the brain milieu, between treatment with L-methylfolate and treatment with folinic acid?
I would like to know what exactly Liza A Pan means here. I thought that both 5-MTHF and folinic acid act generally the same by bringing 5-MTHF levels in the cerebrospinal fluid to a normal range.
