@JimB I think you're right about all three points. (2) and (3) partially cancel each other out, but then NSolve has to manipulate Gamma functions instead of simple factorials in the CDF, which may be what's causing the problem.
I'll probably never care about any integer parameter values over 500, so I could likely just manually write some loops and keep track of the closest match to the 0.7.

@user10478 You might consider using FindMinimum to obtain a Real solution for n and then checkout the surrounding integer values: n-1, n, and n+1. Or if you don't need to be exactly exact, Round the Real value from FindMinimum.

Is there a MMA supported format that can be used to import .env / dotenv files with:
KEY=VALUE
...
structure?

I'm trying to find all deleted answers with specific comments using data.stackexchange.com, but I may be making a mistake.
Anybody with experience querying that database?
My attempt:
```
SELECT TOP 1000
Answer.Id AS [Post Link],
OpComments.Text,
Answer.CreationDate
FROM
PostsWithDeleted Answer INNER JOIN
Comments OpComments ON OpComments.PostId = Answer.Id
WHERE
Answer.PostTypeId = 2 AND -- answer
(OpComments.Text LIKE '%ChatGPT%' OR OpComments.Text LIKE '%OpenAI%') AND
(Answer.DeletionDate IS NOT NULL)
ORDER BY
Answer.CreationDate DESC
```
At the very least we should find mathematica.stackexchange.com/a/278176/10397

(This may seem off-topic, but it's a task to inform the ChatGPT conversation in Mathematica Meta.)

@rhermans I am not a moderator, so I can't see the deleted answer. However, I suspect that comments on deleted answers are not present in data.stackexchange database. Try for example SELECT * FROM Comments WHERE Comments.Text LIKE '%ChatGPT%' – I don't get any results.
@Kuba Have you looked at .ini file import? However, you might be needing some post-processing if the values are escaped with quotemarks ...
@Kuba Or even "Table": ImportString["key=\"VALUE\"", "Table", "FieldSeparators" -> "="] ...

@Domen Yeah, it seems you are right. Deleted answers are not public information, only some of their metadata.
That is quite silly though, the site does allow to authenticate and the data could be available to 10K+ users.

you could try a quick hack by importing the .env as a string, replacing any '#' comment characters with a ';', and doing an ImportString[str,"Ini"]:

envstr = Import["~/scratch/test.env", "String"];
envstrr = StringReplace[envstr, "#" -> ";"];
envimp = ImportString[envstrr, "Ini"];
