Can somebody try out this, preferably on Intel machine, preferably a Mac?
ParallelMap[Identity, {}];
CylindricalDecomposition[
47 + 100 x + 44 y != 0 && 2 x != 3 y && 2 + 3 x + 4 y != 0 &&
48 x + 585 y != 101 && 11 + 18 x + 25 y != 0 &&
1 + 3 x + 4 y != 0 && -1 <= x <= 1 && -1 <= y <= 1, {x, y}, "Components"]
Error or not?

@kirma M1 Mac here, the ParallelMap causes the CylindricalDecomposition to fail, "CylindricalDecomposition::nmet: Unable to compute a cylindrical decomposition of the result of applying the topological operation Components to the solution set.". Works fine without the ParallelMap.
(running 13.1.0 prerelease)

@kirkus Yep, I also found this issue on "Apple silicon", but I'm curious if it's present elsewhere. (Reported it already.)
It's broken already on 13.0 at least.
I suspect it's an ARM thing because otherwise somebody would have probably fixed it...
I probably spent three hours of my Saturday finding a compact example which reproduced the issue. It was such a pile of code that it was far from obvious that ParallelMap had something to do with it...

@kirma well, if it helps, I also get the error on Windows 10 Intel 13.0.1

@kirkus Interesting!
