@Nasser thank you for this hard work. Perhaps this deserves a thread of its own on the site, no?

Anyone else having trouble running MessageDialog["test"] under Windows? It suddenly stopped working on my computers. Even after getting rid of the preferences and re-installing.
@bmf Thanks. I hope it is useful. I wanted to find out how V 13 DSolve compares to current Maple. I was surprised Mathematica now scores almost same as Maple's dsolve which is known to be the best ode symbolic solver in the industry for long time. Maple's still produces lower leaf size and is faster though. But in terms of just solving the ode, I think now one can say that Mathematica DSolve is equal to Maple's. I spend over 2 years adding these ODE's by hand into the database.

I still need to add analysis showing how each CAS fail to solve the ODE based on the type of ODE. This will give more insight. I noticed so far that Mathematica does much better than Maple for solving ode's using series method when expansion is around an irregular singular point. When the point is ordinary or regular singular, they are about the same. This is because for irregular singular point asymptotic methods has to be used. Frobenius series will not work....
Mathematica has AsymptoticDSolveValue for this, but Maple dsolve does not handle this directly, although there could be a way around this in Maple by programming it using asympot command and other means to try to solve it. But my program only used dsolve in Maple. Maple dsolve should really have an option build in for this. But now it does not.

@Nasser thanks for the added insight and information. I really appreciate it. Lots of respect for the amount of time and work you have put into this endeavor. I think it is very beneficial for Mathematica and Maple users!!!

@gdelfino works fine on "13.0.0 for Microsoft Windows (64-bit) (December 3, 2021)"

@Kuba thanks for testing on your side. It turns out that MessageDialog["test"] stopped working because I have a new monitor!!! Arghh!!

With my new amazing 4K 32" monitor I can set the Windows magnification to 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 300 or 350%. When I select 125% then MessageDialog["test"] fails. It works perfectly for any other of the magnifications on the list. Go figure.

4 FE crashes in 4 months (since getting my new M1 Macbook Pro). Don't know whether to blame Apple or Wolfram.

why was this mathematica.stackexchange.com/questions/267184/… deleted after an answer was posted?
@MichaelE2 and if you report these crashes to WRI, they will tell you it is an apple M1 problem. And if you report it to apple, they will tell you it is Mathematica problem :)

@Nasser :)
@Nasser OP forgot to set a parameter. I suppose they thought it was a dumb mistake.
@MichaelE2 I understand. But it is not right to delete question after an answer was posted. OK it if was before. This way, the effort made by the person who answered it was wasted. At least they should have upvoted the answer before deleting just as a way to say thanks for their time, it if they must delete it. I just feel these things are not right to do.

Can I ask a stupid question quickly out of curiosity: what happens when an answer to a question is not answer? see here for example mathematica.stackexchange.com/questions/267127/…
i was going to ask on meta "Can you answer a question about an answer to a question?" which seemed a bit funny at first, but not anymore
