I have no idea how to try to reproduce problems with input in other languages, like in question 257262. Anybody using Mathematica in languages other than English? Particularly v12.3

@tym32167 That message was flagged. When your reputation across the network exceeds 10,000, you can see messages flagged as "spam or rude/abusive" by other chat users, and you can act on them (by saying "Valid", "Not sure", and "Invalid"). Enough "valid" choices by users like yourself and you'll help delete the message and impose a short chat suspension on the user who posted it. Enough "invalid" choices by users like yourself and the flag will go away.

Users can also flag specifically for a moderator to look at a chat message. We cannot see those type of flags, only moderators can.

@Spevacus But those "for moderator" flags go out to all moderators on the chat network, not just the chat's local site moderators.

@ThomasMarkov spam/rude flags also go to all 10k users across the network - that are logged at the time in some chat room.

Wow, all of these completely unexpected mechanics about spam/rude messages in chat. I was wondering why I sometimes got those notifications for other chats. Thanks @ypercubeᵀᴹ et al for explaining.
