Sometimes, when I try to abort a computation, it returns $Aborted[] rather than $Aborted. Can you explain why?

@kirma Neat! Does it generalize to regular n-gon?
@Rojo Nice to see your red square again!
@Silvia Heeeeey
@Rojo Hi! How are you?
Nice to see you are still alive and well .. (right?)
I can't complain. You?
@Rojo Still hiding at home, no complain either!
How long have you been hiding over there? Are you in one of the early bad spots?
07:10
@Rojo I'm at Shenzhen. No serious issues (yet). But I have been stay at home since 30 Jan.
People are gradually back to normal life here. But I'm still skeptical, so probably will keep that way for another 2 months.
@Silvia Yeah, I think so (my code is a bit messy though).
Wow, long
@kirma Does it happen to be a solution for n-body problem?
Well, I would be skeptical too
@Rojo I'm fine with that. I don't go outside anyway, even at normal years.
07:13
Haha
Do you live with family?
I've been on lockdown for about a month. I don't suffer it much either, in comparison with other people
No. My partner is stuck in US during a business trip, so I'm all alone, maybe for this whole year.
Most people get bored in hours. I still haven't even opened Netflix and stuff
(most people that don't come to this forum)
@Silvia Hmmh. I don't think so really... but it's a neat idea.
07:17
@Rojo Cooking takes lots of my time. Then I have some anime to watch. Then some coding -- still working at home :)
Heheh. Yeah. Me too
I almost never cooked... before the quarantine
Now I spend half my days in the kitchen
TIme is flying by
@kirma I have forgotten my physics. But I think a regular n-gon can be treated as a mass point at its center?
@Silvia It might be a special solution if there were more of these groups placed symmetrically around the center of gravity.
I don't know about your relationship with your partner, but many couples are finding it a challenge to resist being locked up together every minute of every day. Maybe you got lucky :P
@Rojo I have converged to a routine cooking process, involving mostly pasta and source.
@Rojo No problem here :) When we are together, we are together all the time. No fighting :)
Now I took more than 1 hr every night on phone.
@kirma From a geometric view, next step could be an affine transformation.
07:26
:) then you just got unlucky
@Rojo I'm grateful! :)
...and that's why there's no fighting, hehe
It would be nice if this quarantine ends up giving me the time and space to catch up with what's new in the last 234 versions on Mathematica
I'm glad to see so many of the old names and squares are still around
@Rojo Really glad to see you around again!
:) thanks Silvia

@Rojo Long time no see!
@Rojo Which country is that?
@Szabolcs If I remember correctly, then Rojo is from South America.
Whats far more interesting is that @Silvia is cooking pasta. I was about to invite myself to dinner as I really enjoy Japanese and Chinese food and wasn't expecting Pasta :)

1 hour later…

@Szabolcs Hey @Szabolcs! Long time
Argentina
There used to be me and belisarius around from Arg
@halirutan the whole world must be eating 10x more pasta than usual

@Rojo Yep, but he wasn't online for a very long time. He hasn't logged once in almost 3 years.
