Now down the rabbit hole we go... When trying to install Wolfram Engine on Nvidia Jetson Nano, I get the following error message when finishing the install:

"Failed to install WolframScript system integration"

Opening the file they point to for more information, one finds the following error message:

Going to the executables folder in the install directory and trying to run "wolfram", one gets the following error message:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I bet you're going to need to get the raspberry pi version of Mathematica...

(Since the Pi is also ARM, and I don't think the usual install methods will deliver an arm-compatible binary [which seems to be the problem])

@CarlLange Unfortunately, it couldn't be installed on the Jetson Nano system, so I guess I'm out of luck :(

@C.E. I'm sure you already know this but anyway: The .deb file is just a debian package an you can install with something like dpkg --install wolfscriptXXXXX.deb. However, as Carl aready pointed out your machine very likely has the wrong architecture.

@halirutan yeah, I was hoping that I just had to give it a hint or something to make it realize that I'm on an ARM architecture, but there doesn't seem to be any viable option for Nvidia Jetson. One could maybe get the Raspbian version to work I think, like Carl suggested, but a lot of dependencies were missing, of some it was said that they are not installable, and it looked like a lot of work.

@C.E. Yeah, probably not worth the effort when in the end it will fail for one missing dependency.
