Yeah, my CMM package is for ODEs
@CATrevillian I'm not sure off the top of my head whether the Evans function works for PDEs

Stupid question ... If I publish a notebook to the cloud through the File menu, where does it go? Where can I access it later and "unpublish" it? Where can I see a list of all published things?
@Szabolcs I think it goes to $CloudBaseDirectory
You can find the objects via CloudObjects or go to the cloud interface and go to the Published folder, I think
I've never used that menu item though so this is partially speculation
My Published folder is empty, but there's a lot of CloudObjects
Do you see the same things in both?
I seem to have accumulated a lot of unnecessary CloudObjects, and I am not sure what is the most efficient way to look at each and delete those that are not needed
How would you determine which aren't needed? You can always make a function that pulls down a notebook with CloudGet and opens it in the FE with a DockedCell that has a Delete button in case you decide you want to delete it.
Then map that over your CloudObjects or make a table with buttons next to the names or something
I tend to take the view that if it doesn't have a concrete name it's deletable since I only ever use named ones.

Good point, probably I'll delete everything without a name.
@b3m2a1 Do you know if there is a way to make section headers expandable with a single click on them in the cloud, i.e. without having to use openers or brackets?
System`WholeCellGroupOpener works in the cloud too. Just confirmed it.
It didn't work 3 years ago, but is good now
I already had that set yet it didn't work ...
I need to try on a small example
I checked Introduction and it didn't seem to be on the Cell
One wonky thing is that it seems to have become one of those Options in the FE that is no longer in the System context
Which means the FE strips it out of cells capriciously
The same thing occurs with CellFrameStyle or whatever that one is called again
So it might be that you need to make sure the Cell has the System version attached
