I used ``If[!NameQ["System`AllTrue"],
AllTrue[{elems___}, test_] := ReleaseHold[And @@ test /@ Hold[elems]]
]``

And will short circuit as soon as a test returns False.

My guess is that people may want to ask questions about internals to specific developers. E.g. about front end to JF or machine learning to e.g. TB.
Maybe we should gather such questions and gather folks who are going to WTC to forward them?

@Kuba There is more to it. We often want to make clear where our priorities are. In one of the last Twitch videos, they mentioned that they finally want to document and expose the syntax-highlighting and autocompletion to user's functions.

We have this answer since 2012, this is 6 years! It's almost like, "yeah.. you can document that but we know for a long time how it works"

@halirutan I don't know if making clear what people of SE want will make any change. But direct q/a has measurable value.

Anyway, I'm going and I'm more than open to forward Cloud or FE related questions to developers.

I can ask about anything but I will not have time to handle many areas, also it would be better to ask about stuff one is familiar with.

@halirutan p.s. documenting is not that bad, I often need to rely on a feature or be able to complain to support in order to use it commercially.
