How do people here feel about mutable OOP in Mathematica? Does anyone use it seriously outside of toy examples? I've rewritten OOP frameworks 5+ times now, a few of those really very solidly, but I only really use it in one part of one of my packages.

% combine stain vectors to deconvolution matrix
HDABtoRGB = [He/norm(He) DAB/norm(DAB) Res/norm(Res)]';
RGBtoHDAB = inv(HDABtoRGB);

and I would be interested in the values of the last two matrices HDABtoRGB and RGBtoHDAB
