It looks like we get "email spammed" from wolfram. A lot of people in our university get 30+ emails from Wolfram Customer Support, each with an activation key and a message saying the site licence is extended.today

@J.M. I guess so. Finals are over last week and there are not many students at the campus, so I guess probably he will just ignore this.
