Is the e-mail contact support of WRI broken, or I've been added to their blacklist? I've been unable to report a possible bug (found here: mathematica.stackexchange.com/q/113301/1871) for half a month, every time I tried to report, I would receive the "There was a problem sending this message. Please try again later. You can also try to reach us by phone or chat (see contact information on the right)" messageā€¦

@user21 - is there an easily accessible answer to this question? I tried to use the accepted answer to answer this question but the interpolating functions just don't match up. I figured it may be buried deep in ListPlot, but the difference seems to be evident going back to version 8.0 at least

@VitaliyKaurov Cool visualization. Fun title font too.

@MichaelHale I miss your posts )) But I see you have been traveling a lot.
@VitaliyKaurov I'm hoping to move to Miami pretty soon. I've taken two trips there recently. I figure if I live on a beach then when I travel I'll go to a greater variety of places instead of just beaches. The new job is going pretty well. The raise and freedom are of course great, but I'm not sold on their long-term chances. Even for a small team they have a disappointingly low productivity rate and get stuck debating trivial details.
Maybe there is some fundamental limit to company productivity due to the rate at which people can come to consensus.
I've been helping a couple of friends with their startups, but friends are slow to pay, so I'm slowing down on the work for them.
Redid some of my game design code. Starting more purely with interacting AIs and building the game world and rules around them.
Threw together a half page Airbnb scraper to help a girl with her PhD. Haven't thought of a cool post for it yet. Also started a blog post on appreciating the difficulty of breaking encryption by attempting to solve integer factorization from the column based equations you learn in elementary school.
Haven't worked any more on my kitchen management code because I've been happy with Blue Apron, but maybe after I move to Miami I'll be motivated to work on it some more because the restaurants are so expensive in Miami Beach.

@VitaliyKaurov Very nice! Now you've got me scrolling through /r/MapPorn to find cool projects.

Should questions like this be on-topic? Technically it has very little to do with Mathematica; it's just asking about deblocking methods, which the OP should read up one, choose one, and ask about implementing it afterwards. On the other had banishing all questions like this could make the site a bit too boring.
I think they should stay if they get improved and connected back to Mathematica in more than a perfunctory way.
It's a gray area, but I think the recent influx of "gimme da codez" is making me want to be more aggressive in making sure questions put forth as much efforts as the answers here generally do.
Yes, the problem is that it is hard (or maybe impossible) to have a very clear and completely objective policy on what is on-topic and at the same time keep the site fun and exciting enough to make it worth visiting ...
Many of the questions that people had a good time with would become technically off topic.
IMO when all else fails, good faith effort on the part of the question poster goes a long way
