I am not sure what you mean by "the new version of Mathematica" but this 3-argument syntax has been available at least since version 3 (released 1996).

A new version of http://packagedata.net is now live.

New features include:
- Usage examples
- Keyword filtering
- Markdown and MathJax in both descriptions and usage examples.

The keyword filtering (click on a keyword to see just links with that keyword) has a known problem with keywords that have spaces in them. The usage examples are meant to complement the documentation that exists elsewhere, not duplicate it. Also I forgot to say that there is now a "grace period" of five minutes, so that if you edit the same link twice within five minutes just the last edit shows up in the history of the link.

@barznjy repeatedly asking the same question in various chatrooms is not the right approach anyway. If you want a prompt and detailed answer you should (1) be prepared to clearly describe what about Gamma[a, 0, z] is not acceptable to you and (2) post the resulting question on the main site
