You can try BoxWhiskerChart[{{1, 2, 3}, {2, 3, 4}}, {{"MedianMarker", 0,
Opacity[0]}, {"Whiskers", Opacity[0]}, {"Fences", 0, Opacity[0]}},
BarOrigin -> Left]`

Q: Review queues for questions must show existing answers

Oleksandr R.I know that this should better be on Meta.SO, but I don't have any SO reputation points(/account) and also I am not familiar with/interested in the politics of SO, so here we are. Currently, when questions appear in the review queue for closing, we have only the question on-screen, regardless of...

Are these two accounts the same person?

@Szabolcs Measured by the grammar mistakes yes.

Does any of you use the tex export of mma notebooks?
I mean, use mma as a kind of WYSIWYM and then convert to tex to get the real static deal
If so, any tips, workflow, tweaks?
Also, do you know if its possible to use cell tags in the export conversion rules?

@Rojo Yes, kind of. For some time I'm struggling with exporting package documentation to TeX.
@Rojo I don't think you can use them directly, but you could preprocess your notebook with something like: Cell[data_, style_String: "", opts1___, CellTags -> tags_, opts2___] :> Cell[data, StringJoin[Riffle[Flatten[{style, tags}], ":"]], opts1, CellTags -> tags, opts2]. Then use "style:tag1:tag2" in your conversion rules

In April this year, I attended the 7th Noordwijkerhout Symposium on Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics and Systems Pharmacology in the Netherlands. The conference focuses on the use of mathematical modeling in pharmacology and pharmaceutical R&D, and this year, the main topic was the emerging concept of systems pharmacology. In general terms, systems pharmacology can be seen as [...]

@jkuczm Thanks. But that doesn't seem too usef to, for example, use Cell Tags as labels, right?
The LaTeX-Article stylesheet seems tob e worth some digging. It uses TaggingRules for conversion stuff somehow
But there seems to be something weird with the conversion rules and inheritance,a t least in v10.0.2
I don't want to think much so I'll ask a question. Its been long

@Rojo Sorry, I thought you meant ConversionRules option of Export function. For Cell option, preprocessing is indeed not useful.

@Rojo "ExtraConversionRules" are very interesting. Does anyone know whether they can somehow be passed explicitly to Export, without creating a stylesheet?
@Rojo Did you solved your CellTags as labels problem?

@Rojo One of the things I sometimes think about is to rewrite the TeX-conversion completely. This could indeed be helpful if you have your expressions inside your notebook anyway. Currently, I'm basically rewriting the formulas in TeX because the TeX-export is so awful.

@Rojo You could evaluate something like: System`Convert`CommonDump`ConvertOptionsRules[System`Convert`TeXDump`texsave] ^= Prepend[System`Convert`CommonDump`ConvertOptionsRules[System`Convert`TeXDump`tex‌save], (CellTags -> tags_) :> {"\\label{" <> tags <> "}", ""}]
It will add "option conversion rule" for TeX export.
Label will be added for all cells that have CellTags. It'll be added between "preamble", that can be set using conversion rules, and converted cell contents.
Of course it can be customized by tweaking tags_ pattern on LHS of RuleDelayed
The code above should be evaluated after some (dummy) export is performed, so that all relevant contexts are loaded.

Sorry, I was to optimistic, label is only added when converting some cells.

11:26 PM
I guess it works only for those cells that trigger System`Convert`CommonDump`ConvertTextData i.e. ones with string-only or TextData contents.

@Zviovich Tks for sharing! It was the first place I saw it.
