Quick overview of engine evaluation:
'+N' means that white has an advantage. 'N' is a way to express the advantage in pawns, i.e. +2 means 'two pawns' advantage but that doesn't have to be literally two pawns.
'-N' works the same but it's black's advantage
'#N' means 'mate in N for white'
'#-N' means 'mate in N for black'
