@J.Musser Ya know, I am not 100% sure. I don't think there's a flag on their account that says "mod this guy everywhere!" but I think they may have access to tools that can grant them mod automagically. I can't say for certain though, I am distanced from their operations most of the time.

Well woodworking seems to be off to a great start!

absolutely, I'm trying really hard to get to 500 rep so I can help review edits. ~70 rep to go!

I was very surprised at how fast I got to 500. Congrats, shouldn't be to long then

Thanks, @ratchetfreak

you can still reply (by clicking the arrow on the message) and one box but adding the @username yourself prevents the onebox

Anyways, I feel like this question is off topic because it's asking for a link to an external resource
Though such a resource would be useful...

@ratchetfreak "one box"?

@drs the question woodworking.stackexchange.com/questions/222 does not have any close votes listed, nor comments suggesting why it should be. If you think it should be closed, make your argument in the comments and cast your vote. Given the answers that are posted I think it is in scope, but I can understand why you think it should be out of scope. It is definitely on the boarder, IMHO, just barely ok...

@JamesJenkins Yes I was looking to discuss it here first because I feel it is border-line as well
Other SE sites that I use don't allow questions asking for links
But there hasn't been much action here today

@FreeMan the "official" term for the special handling of some links in chat

@ratchetfreak Ah...

@drs I would start the conversation in the comments if it starts to get out of hand take it to meta, what ever the answer is the decision will be important going forward, so this is not the best place to have it.

I'm planning on storing very heavy boxes on this and would also like to use it as a stool to reach high shelves. Is there a standard practice in determining how much weight a bench can hold? Is t...
