I don't understand, in Pascal standard iso 7185, http://www.pascal-central.com/docs/iso7185.pdf, on 6.7.2.2 Arithmetic operators section,

it clearly says that, "A term of the form i mod j shall be an error if j is zero or negative ; otherwise, the value of i mod j shall be that value of (i-(k*j)) for integral k such that 0 < = i mod j < j."

But, when i try in free pascal compiler 3.0 , writeln(-5 mod 3); it produce a negative number "-2" instead of "1", does it violates the pascal standard?

Go with a 2d array. Quantum Tesseracts are a bit overkill for this. — Robert Harvey 11 mins ago

2d array? Nonsense. A long.
2 bits per square. The first bit to say if anyone has played it or not and the second bit to say who was there.

It's just a tic tac toe game, not Go.
It's not like you're going to be storing hundreds or thousands of these things.

everybody is eagerly awaiting for the next season of the Game Of Names

in 6-8 <time periods>?

@Yannis ...

Hm, I'm a bit behind on this latest round of "let's change the name" discussions.
What do you guys think, should I go read the Meta posts or should I wait for the movie?

You can read the Meta posts.

5:58 PM
I've read them all and most of the chat transcript and am still confused, so... take that for what it's worth @Yannis :-)

Has anyone suggested changing the name back to Not Programming Related yet?

Q: Does the Icelandic government recognise ULC-officiated marriages?

RumpsIs a marriage officiated by an ordained Universal Life Church minister (and performed in the country) legally recognised in Iceland? The Wikipedia page on the ULC only lists US states and this site doesn't include Iceland. I think I may have accidentally married some people at a festival.

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because it is not a code question, it is a legal and/or moral question. Belongs on Legal, Ethics, or Programmers. — Mooing Duck 55 secs ago

This question is off-topic for stackoverflow from what I can tell - it's probably better suited for programmers.stackexchange.comRandom Davis 40 secs ago

The phrase "Hillary has a 75% chance of winning" appears to derive from a CNN transcript in which Nate Silver made this declaration. His statistical methodology appears to be "the betting markets say so." Note that this is the same guy who also said, "I put Trump’s chances of becoming president at 25 percent, much higher today than a year ago I would have given a chance to win the nomination."Robert Harvey 4 mins ago
