Q: Process tag clean-up complete. Please deal with?

@thomasowens Can you please spread your edits out over time? Most of the questions on the front page are there because of edits by you, which makes it useless for visitors who just see old questions bumped because a single tag was changed. Nearly every question can use significant improvement: if you're changing a tag, please take some time to substantially improve the question, too. This should naturally throttle the number of questions bumped to the front page at the same time.

@kiamlaluno Please do not rapid-fire edit: suggesting a half dozen in the span of 5 minutes opens the door for a front-page flood. And the changes you're suggesting aren't substantially improving the posts. If you can significantly improve a post or two to be an A+ question, suggest that instead
