This a PSQ. Even after many helpful comments (with hints) the asker is just trying to get a complete proof without any effort from their side.

The discussion with asker of the psq referred in my previous message seems to be fruitful. They have said that they will update the question with more details and include their efforts as well.

OP deleted their own question within minutes of me answering it. I did flag it as well. The case is a bit unusual given that the OP had made a non-trivial discovery in a special case that turned out to be crucial. I don't quite understand why they would want to cover their tracks in such a case? We may have had similar occasions in the past, but I'm not sure how we handled all those. This is likely just a misunderstanding.

@ParamanandSingh And you should have closed it, instead of assuming that the asker would update the question without evidence. Instead, what has happened is that someone posted an answer, exactly as a lazy asker would expect if the question is not closed.

@user21820 I was interacting with asker via comments and there was some positive progress there. So I needed to give some time. But fastest guns got the opportunity. Anyway the question can be closed now.

I hadn't expected the asker would take too long to edit. After all they were investing energy into comments so they could have used the time to update the post as well. Giving benefit of doubt has its risks.

@ParamanandSingh I did see the comments. My personal opinion is that we can close first and comment something like "after you have improved your post on X,...,Y, ping me and I'll help to reopen your question". Anyway, it's not really important, and thanks for closing it!
