Hi @JoséCarlosSantos
@SineoftheTime Hi.
13:33
please downvote and then delete - because of the answer ...
@Peter In this case, if we flag the answer, we have to choose "in need of moderator intervention"?
@Peter I already downvoted the question. I just dv'd the answer. Open for deletion.
Without another dv, some enabler or sock-puppet will upvote it. Please delete
@Peter The question is now available for deletion...
Please delete highly upvoted PSQ, and answered by a moderator. The question is the epitome of a problem-question statement.

@amWhy Yes, even at that time, the question was not suitable for this site. How could it "survive" ?
Because of the ridiculous upvotes , we need two (!) more delete-votes.
@amWhy at least the answer is now deleted

@Xander Please review the asker's repeated trivial edits, to keep the question cycling through the "reopen queue" prompted by each of such edits. If anyone knows of similar abuses, or if meta.se has received questions about this abuse, since SE changed from only one edit allowed, to excessive trivial efforts, perhaps it's time for a happy middle ground, maybe? This question: here

@amWhy Take a look at this and the other questions the OP has asked math.stackexchange.com/questions/4631040/…
@amWhy I was referring to the fact that his questions are PSQ
@SineoftheTime Okay. I thought you were referring to the OP I refer to immediately above your comment.
@amWhy Maybe I replied to your message instead of using @
@SineoftheTime No problem!

Is anyone, who reviews regularly, noticing the increase in PSQs and low quality questions recently? No doubt, a new semester is underway! Let's hope the close queue doesn't top 700 this spring. It will likely take all summer to reduce it below 200.

Q: Distribution of zeros if Riemann Hypothesis is false

dferedWhat would the distribution of non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function be like if it is assumed that the Riemann Hypothesis is FALSE? Are there any papers on this topic?

It's not even 2:00 pm my time, and noon or 1:00 pm for Xander. Too bad no one's around to respond to requests Save @JoséCarlosSantos, or Bill, and Xander, , other regular users here have limited vote or are their out of votes. @Paramanand, @Xander, @Peter, Let others have a chance to post here, and get a response.
I request only 2, 3, at most four actions per day; very comparable to @Xander and @ParamanandSingh, and @JoséCarlosSantos, @KReiser, @user21820 ... Please consider that there are many experienced users who request actions. The quality of questions asked in this new semester underway, is diminished, as are a lot of answers to those PSQs. What's an appropriate number of requests, in total?. Let's all work as a team, if this chat is going to be effective.
@amWhy Sorry that I can't help. I'm trying to gain some rep to edit, but the a lot of questions are low-quality in general and I can't answer
I wish I could edit one more time. I meant to include everyone with an @ with those who show restraint in this chat room. I appreciate that! I had two thoughts and separated them when I recognized I missed a few
@SineoftheTime I know that asking others to deal what you are unable to handle is your effort to contribute here. There's nothing wrong with that! And @bobeyt6, the same credit to you. And of course, the variations in time zones, in this chat, seem to favor Indians and Europeans, at this point in time. There is no bad faith in that; it varies over time,
Hey, @JoséCarlosSantos !
Any input, @JoséCarlosSantos? I don't mean strict limits to requests, put folks keeping track of their average number of requests.
@amWhy I think that six requests per day is fine.
@JoséCarlosSantos I think that is entirely reasonable!
@amWhy And, yes, I know that my number of requests is quite below that.
@JoséCarlosSantos My pinging you was merely to point out users who lead by example, meant as a compliment. In between semesters, or slacker periods of time, wrt posting of question, I'm far more flexible.
20:55
@amWhy Actually, I am between semesters now. My next class will take place February the 13th.
21:13
Close dupe of common proof - nothing novel.
21:44
@JoséCarlosSantos It varies from region to region. But second semester have started to show up, and will likely pick up in March.
