Is there some monkey business going on here and here. I was nerd sniped into answering the latter. Then noticed that the asker has been shown the door. The questions look like they could come from contests, and I was admittedly a bit careless (there is rarely a pedagogical/real life -reason to use the fractional part function to create equations).

I also notice that the OP was creating weird tags, but @Saad was quick to fix those.
