@user1729 Hello!. I am aware it's not suitable for this room, but can you point me somewhere as to what kind of relationship there is between the carmichael function and the discrete logarithm? Can we think of Carmichael as a function defined for a special case of Discret logarithm? Thanks!
I do not understand the comment in this : If The Carmichael function is the largest order occuring (no matter in which group), how can then this maxumum not be existent ? Clarification would be welcome !
