Should we be hunting down and closing and then deleting posts that have been unanswered for more than 30 days? IMHO, a post bring unanswered that long directly implies that the users of the site find the post unwelcome and are thereby choosing to boycott interacting with the post. That or nobody can answer it because it is a garbage question. We have a LOT of unanswered questions and it would be nice to be able to hurl them into oblivion.

It would take far less work to close and then delete them then it would to answer them and we do want to reduce the percentage of unanswered questions.

@user64742 There are plenty of good questions that are unanswered simply because they are difficult or in areas where we have little expertise. They provide opportunities to attract users in areas where our knowledge is spotty.
