@amWhy What I don't understand is why such people think they are not cheating; it must be a social norm in their school if they sincerely do not see a problem with it. Then again, I can't be bothered.
@user21820 He has a lot of accounts there. It's quite sad. I keep asking the MO folks to talk to the SE community managers, or something like that. But so far, there seem to be little to no effect.
He's just really bored between semesters.
I've recently suggested him to take body painting using lead-based paint as a hobby.
@AsafKaragila Oh you suspect/know he is a student? That's odd; I would have thought that most students in proper universities are not like that.
@AsafKaragila I think the SE moderators/managers will only step in if there is a clear violation of the terms of service, otherwise it is up to the community to vote. Sadly, too many users upvote what they don't understand just because it tickles their ears, and then these cranks say that upvoted implies useful...
