To delete: absurd auto-answer, to a bad question, here. And a question with no context by the same character here.

(I deleted my answer after noticing that it is a duplicate – other users add an answer instead of voting to close ...)
@MartinR Daniel Fischer followed up with a close vote, as a duplicate of your suggested dupe.
@MartinR Oh, and upon Daniel Fischer's close vote, the question is indeed closed as a dupe.

@user21820 You around? Please give special attention to @Did's most recent post here. The first link: We need one more close vote and one more downvote = closure/delete, or at least closure. The question with the second link, is now closed, up for deletion, @Did
@amWhy I just popped in here for a minute, and already dealt with those before your message. =)
@user21820 But the second linked question just now was closed (15 minutes ago), and is open for deletion now.
@amWhy Yes, I'm the 2nd delete voter.
@amWhy @Did: I also don't know what to do with this crank comment. Can't vote to delete it.
It's not like the asker himself is much better, though.
@user21820 Frustrating, perhaps flag it? For moderator attention? That's the only way it's going to go away.
Last time I thought I remember there was a spam flag.
And if enough users flag as spam then it automatically goes away.
Now...
Anyway, I'm off. See you next time!

@user21820 true; if you flag I'll flag as spam, and hopefully @Did and @SimplyBeautifulArt
@amWhy There's no more spam flag...
The best seems to be "no longer needed".
@user21820 Really? Yes, your alternative is the way to go.

this user keeps asking questions without providing any context (PSQ), however none of his questions ever got closed

This question is put on hold for being unclear what is being asked. math.stackexchange.com/q/2500349/335418 I answered it with just a hint because I didn't want to solve someone's homework. But at the same time, the question is very clear and the reason for hold is incorrect. I would have agreed if the question was put on hold for not showing any effort.
@user21820 I'm rather surprised you added Donald Splutterwit to the list of room owners. Perhaps he's noted PSQ's or dupes, but he also answers them! math.stackexchange.com/questions/2500439/…

@Srini I'd agree the reason for putting on hold is peculiar (unclear); but it should have been put on hold as "off topic: lacking context (no effort, a simple transcription of a problem you might find in an assignment. No motivation. No indication of what, in particular, is troublesome for the asker. This site is not a "do my work for me" site.
@Srini Your hint was fine; it was the question that was put on hold. Now it's up to the asker: will they edit and include more details? or not?
@GabrielRomon Good call, @GabrielRomon, on both users. I've cast a number of close votes between the two users' posts.
