@BillDubuque Thanks for the FYI!

12:52 AM
^^ two more close votes needed

@vitamind Now, just 1 close vote needed.

@amWhy The issue I see in the bounty mechanism is that it opens great possibility for abuse by disabling closure/deletion review in the meantime. So a patch to this, in my opinion, is to enable reviews even if the bounty is on, but also keep the countdown of bounty going on when a (bountied) post is closed for pending improvements by the OP unless the post is deleted. In short, it's better to keep the review process running in parallel.
And yet a bountied PSQ: B1

For deletion: D1, D2, D3, D4, D5
For closure: C1, C2, C3, C4* (with recent activity)

Btw, why was EoQS removed from the featured list?

@Saad It's been there for a while
Also, the mod queue display says that there are a lot of Reopen votes available but when I come up to it there are usually none

@SmokeDetector Seriously is that even good enough to call a comment also leave the answer position? Thanks for pointing that otherwise someone might had been disrespected

This is a very bad answer.

Let us delete this triviality and non-answer: math.stackexchange.com/a/4183883/42969.

@MartinR One more delete vote left : then the serial non-helper will be out for another year. It takes real talent to be suspended for a year from just FOUR days of activity, but if anybody it's Dr. Graubner who could have done it.

C5, C6, C7, C8

@MartinR @Teresa, It' gone!

This PSQ can be deleted as well. The given answer is also just wrong.

@amWhy Thanks!

10:48 AM
I think it's possible to close this question as a duplicate of this one.

@vitamind Good point, I hope the author will respond to that one, because this one could be a case of "does the author grasp the similarity?" rather than us. Up to me, I'd close but I want to wait for the author to say something.

@TeresaLisbon Right. It seems that the OP is also active in the comments so they will likely respond.
@TeresaLisbon I guess we can close it now?

11:04 AM
@vitamind Yes!

^^ What is the name of the user, who posted the PSQ I linked?

@vitamind Augusto Santi
(Let me know if I can delete, or if I even need to!)

11:19 AM
Thank you! (No need for deletion.)

"For feedback/discussion/requests of Close/Undelete/Reopened/Edit/Delete for questions and answers on Math SE" Shouldn't it be 'reopen' instead of 'reopened'?

11:53 AM
room topic changed to CURED: For feedback/discussion/requests of Close/Undelete/Reopen/Edit/Delete for questions and answers on Math SE (for Math Meta stuff go to chat.stackexchange.com/rooms/64952). Your experience of CURED may be improved by installing the SE Close Vote Request Generator script found at socvr.org/tools/userscripts . [close] [delete] [edit] [reopen] [undelete]
@Wolgwang It's better now.

12:33 PM
This question can be deleted I found it interesting how I hinted the definitely easier part of the question and left the hard part to the author expecting they would need reopening for it to work out. Turns out the hard part was something they knew or solved without assistance. Interesting.

12:47 PM
What is this ? Doesn't the answerer have a very high rep ?

1:03 PM
@TeresaLisbon What a match yesterday ! Austria was near a sensation !

@ArcticChar It's also 6-years old.
@Peter Are you seriously wondering? If so, scroll up a bit, for the next year the answerer as acquired no rep.
@vitamind Open for deletion! @Peter, @Teresa, @Saad.

2:01 PM
Could we undelete this, please? There has already been a duplicate. I don't see anything wrong with the original.
Here is the (poor quality) duplicate.

@Shaun Likely the same asker posting both. As far as I can see, they should both be deleted. Even the question you're trying to protect, which you answered and knew it had already been posted, then deleted, is very poor and you should not have answered it. Please when requesting the saving of a post in CURED: disclose any vested interest you have in preserving the post. When you don't do that, it raises more questions.

Please see this answer. Here the answerer says " tried my full but it might be wrong because I have low points." Is it a acceptable behaviour? Why to post if you are quite less confident? Also what kind of reason is that? High rep user can give wrong answer and low rep user can give right answer ( although the full sentence rarely happens). Also why answered a PSQ?

[ SmokeDetector | MS ] Bad keyword in answer, bad keyword with email in answer, pattern-matching email in answer (271): When using the simplex method , how do we know that the number of basic variables will be exactly equal to n+1? by victoria on math.SE

@JitendraSingh I voted to delete.

@amWhy thanks. Actually I was most irritated by the statement " tried my full but it might be wrong because I have low points".

4:06 PM
@JitendraSingh I am too, irritated! Sort of like baiting for sympathy? Or perhaps worrying that he must have done something wrong.

4:24 PM
Something needs to be done regarding bountied PSQs. Here is one @XanderHenderson

@JitendraSingh Yes... that question does need moderators to discuss, as a team. Perhaps it can be written for a discussion in math.meta.com

4:49 PM
@amWhy yes I have started writing a post on that. Will submit it once completed

Usually, people try to prove $P\ne NP$. One of the very few trials to prove $P=NP$

Here is the question I posted regarding bounties for discussion Anyone can edit if he/she wants to add his/her information. Hope this question helps us solve the bounty PSQs. @amWhy @Saad @Peter
Btw you can post anything you want to but I won't be active now for 6 to 9 hours so will read your messages tomorrow.

@JitendraSingh Great! Thanks for posting! +1 from me is there. Good work! Sleep well!

@ArcticChar And there is a very bad upvoter (who upvoted after your request here). Now we need 2 more downvotes otherwise it can't be gotten rid off.

@user21820 That answer can be deleted now.

@MartinR Thanks! CC @ArcticChar

Too many pro OP'ers, pro-answerers are literally choosing the not face the reality of this site. See my last comment in this thread math.stackexchange.com/questions/4176103/…. And previous comments. As much as I want to believe that cooperation, mutual respect, constructive discussions are fundamental to resolve polarities, there are times when all one encounters is willful ignorance.
I'm a bit exhausted, about now.
@user21820 I'd particularly appreciate your input on the linked question and comment thread, provided your have the time. It can certainly wait!
^^^^ Anyone? I'm fine to go it alone, though.

6:04 PM
@amWhy It is clear to me that the asker was being rude. For the record, their comment saying "Enjoy the power trip" is clear-cut evidence that the asker was not sincere about integrating into the Math SE community. I've just flagged it and it's gone.

@user21820 Yikes, I had missed the Enjoy the power trip comment. Please do flag it!
@user21820 Great!!!
Thanks, @user21820 !
