@user1729 Please be careful about targeting individual users. The goal of CURED is to remove low-quality content from the site, not to remove the content of specific users.

I have a question though (looking at the posts I linked to, it doesn't reflect the situation as much as I thought it did at the time): What should be done if a user has lots of poor questions, and doesn't improve with time, despite closures, comments etc.? Would a flag be more appropriate?
