@amWhy Since the PostsWithDeleted table does not contain data about users, I don't think it is possible to get data about deleted questions from SEDE. I have tried what I'm able to get about closed questions which are not deleted - some SEDE queries are posted in my room.

I really don't know what to do. Last night my downvotes to you-know-who were invalidated. Similar downvotes to other repfarmers answers were not. I don't know if Math.SE were consulted at all (they are probably not at liberty to tell). The way I see it the remaining options are public shaming and excessive flagging. The latter would be something the moderators can show to the overlords (like in SG's case), but I would hate to force our diamond bearers to handle hundreds of flags for that.

I would acccept a lean compromise, painful as it mightbe, if it were also enforced.
