I voted to close Proving a function is continuous and holomorphic as a duplicate, but this might be a better target, because it shows that g is continuous and holomorphic.

I think that this is an abuse of a gold badge.
The question was reopened by someone with a dupe hammer, then answered by that user. The question had previously been closed as a duplicate, and the answer provided would have been appropriate for the dupe target.
Ack... I have the timeline wrong. The answer was provided first, then the post was closed, then reopened with the dupe hammer.
In any case, I don't think that was an appropriate use of the privilege. The question is a duplicate.

@JyrkiLahtonen Can you name a few people whom this site lost due to its gaining reputation as a "homework mill"? Has there been any official statement from them (e.g., a meta post, a blog post etc.) elaborating that they are leaving this site primarily due to its being a "homework mill"? I will be glad to have more information regarding this.
