copy paste of HW or a test

lazy question

I think that this question is mathematically interesting, but it is utterly lacking in context. Is there anyone here who might be willing to suggest how to add context? Aside from providing a definition of the Fano plane, I'm not sure what else could be said.

@TheSimpliFire Any idea what it means that the close vote on 21 April was invalidated on 25 April? And that the review item is no longer viewable?
