My comments about freezing this room were probably a bit premature - I should have kept in mind that even if we all leave, SmokeDetector will very probably keep this room alive. (BTW if you want SD in the other room, too, you should talk to the people who run it.)
This is a reasonable question to ask - how to increase chances of other users participating here or at least noticing room.
I have before posted some thoughts on this in my answer here: Increasing chat use, pros, cons and the tour
And I suppose I had discussions about this in chat a few times, so I am probably going to repeat myself.
When this gets implemented, some users might notice this room (but probably not that many): Would list of chat rooms (and chat room suggestions) be useful?
The most efficient thing is - in my opinion - to post some messages here. And they should be mostly messages related to the purpose of this room.
Again, since the end of last month - when reviving this room was brought up - I posted some messages about duplicates.

Even though I wrote the above as a reaction to @user21820's comment, it is intended for people who would like to use this room (and possibly increase participation here) in general.
BTW one difference between this room and the other one is that this room is mostly used only for c.r.u.d.e. purposes, the other one has a lot of chit-chat and informal discussion.
I guess that people who come into chat to see whether some post which need reopen votes or close votes were mentioned here, they would probable prefer if they do not have to look through a lot of chit chat until the find the relevant messages.
As an attempt to make relevant messages easier to find, I have also started to put "tags" at the beginning of my messages, such as duplicates, deletion, improve, re-open, etc.

@amWhy I definitely agree that this is more transparent, but if bad posts don't get dealt with, it simply transparently doesn't work. Since I haven't had success here, I'll wait and see if other people successfully get bad posts dealt with here. I have in mind especially those posts that do not even appear in the moderation tools page, such as HNQ posts that are heavily upvoted despite being nonsense. Of course, I'll gladly help if anyone wishes to do so here.

I'll just repeat here user21820's suggestion that we might star (or pin) messages which have not yet be dealt with. That means that if there is a post about closing/reopening/undeleting/deleting some posts among starred messages, then this post still needs some attention.

This post needs to be downvoted and deleted because it is not an answer (despite dispute of a few reviewers); it does not explain why the natural logarithm is special over all other logarithms with other bases.

merging 1569527: Proof for $U^{\perp \perp} =U$. The question is not very good quality, it was closed as unclear, probably missing context would also be a reasonable close reason. But the answers seem to me relatively good and worth saving. Maybe it could be merged with 2352691 Proof that $W^{\perp\perp}=W$? Or do we have some better candidate for merging?
