I know I was the one who inititated a lot of the close votes but I am legitimately concerned that the recent string of closures on my questions were done if not out of malice, out of something other than a sincere desire to deal with faulty posts. Most of my posts are closed for things that make literally no sense, like not being about mathematics in general for a question about an integral. I know I have messed up very bad and I would really like it if this gets fixed.
The sheer number of my own posts Ive voted to close recently should be a clear indication of how badly Ive screwed up. Some of them are bad but I think I just found it hard to stop once I started and now almost half of my high rep posts and favorites are going in the garbage because I couldnt control myself. Im sorry. :(

@TheGreatDuck Dump all your rep then into bounties.
Also, be aware chat flags ping ALL StackExchange network moderators
so if you need mod attention for your site, flag one of your posts on the site in question
don't use a chat flag, please, reserve those for bigger things.

Isnt this the math site?

@TheGreatDuck the chat runs on chat.stackexchange.com, which encompasses all of the non-StackOverflow and non meta.se sites on the StackExchange network.

The chat flags ping any moderators (anyone with a diamond / blue nick)
the site will only flag for the specific site's moderators' attention

yeah, i just didnt know crude was main site chat

@DanielFischer ping, if you're alive

Also, why would i put my rep into bounties exactly?
not quite following the reasoning there

@TheGreatDuck the only way to lose your close vote privileges... assuming that's what you're talking about... is to get rid of your rep. Bounties will get rid of your reputation.
you are 'giving away' reputation via the bounty system, so you lose the rep to give it away to someone else.

Ive always had the ability to close my own posts

@TheGreatDuck ah, well, that's a given for everyone. You can't get rid of the close your own posts privilege I think.
(Your posts were not clear)
(sorry, i'm working off the chat flag context)

@ThomasWard Basically, I should have been sleeping since about an hour ago. Let me see what's up.

@TheGreatDuck the other alternative is not post.
@DanielFischer ah, sorry to ping you then, i'll stab someone else

Fair enough

@DanielFischer TL;DR, @TheGreatDuck wants his ability to close his own posts revoked.
he used a chat moderator attention flag, which garnered my attention from Ask Ubuntu.

I should probably go now anyway. I just wanted to alert the mse moderators of the issue.
oops

I don't know of any way to do that. Except a suspension. And I don't think the great duck has done anything that warrants a suspension.

12:35 AM
@DanielFischer For what it's worth, I told him to just flag one of his own posts with a mod attention flag next time, so the other SE chat mods don't have to deal with it, and so he can just waste the Mathematics.SE mods' time instead xD
I'mma go back to my domain now, good night to you :)

@DanielFischer i close voted about ten of my own posts which had no problems with them...
though i guess that only hurts myself so ill just have to deal with that myself.

@TheGreatDuck If they really had no problem with them, that's not good. But it's not so bad that I'm staying out of bed tonight. If the questions are fine, a vote to reopen would put them in the review queue. Also, you can post in the reopen-votes thread on meta. But explaining why you voted to close in the first place will be awkward :P
Okay, I'm out. Good night everybody.

@DanielFischer i think the stress of the site and finals just got to me a bit. Ive been a bit edgy lately. Winter tends to do that to me. Not sure why.
