Somebody more familiar with Geogebra could perhaps say whether Is it possible to upload a .ggb file? is a duplicate of Geogebra applets in posts?

This was the first time I saw the dupehammer used on meta.

@MartinSleziak Not the first time I used it, though. One dupehammered question was deleted by owner. Another was reopened. On a couple of occasions I contributed the 5th vote to close; the badge symbol was recorded but no special powers used. (Except that it's possible to ping the user with dupehammer, unlike the regular close voters.)

Should I take the fact that I did not notice it as an indication that I do not hang around meta enough. (Which would be good, I guess.)
