Lol, the Shimano page on servo-wave first mentions rotors, then "pad-to-rim contact", but all listed compatible levers are for hydro disc brakes

@Erlkoenig Could be interesting that you indicate similar translation issues in Campy's manuals as well :p
Yeah, but Shimano still does a way better job at translating, even to "smaller" languages such as German, while Campa doesn't even provide a good english manual
12:46
how are Campa’s Italian manuals?
13:00
@Erlkoenig they aren't even a French company :p
@Michael I don't speak italian but my italian coworker was able to make sense of it. But since the italian manual appears to be structured exactly the same way, it probably still misses some key information...
@gschenk The automatic translations by Buds Sports, a french company, are hilarious... In one place, they translated their own company name to "Knospen sport" (Knospen being the German word for plant flower pods).

I enjoy reading Italian texts aloud. Living the illusion it's proper Italian and I'd understand it. Appena sfornato!
"Una birra per favore"
"Por favore, una mas cerveza." Italiano ultra occidentale /troll

@Michael Memento: "What am I doing? Oh, I'm chasing this guy." (gunshot) "NOPE. He's chasing me!"

@gschenk The office mother at work is Italian, and yes she drives a fiat bambina. she uses First and Second gear at most, and the brake rotors are glowing red hot on arrival at work. The car has no rearview mirror, because "what's behind you is not important!"
:D lol
