What does Clyde as a description of a cyclist mean?
I've read it in the context of rim reviews. Where it was claimed a rim would be fit for a Clyde.

.yeah did we ever sort that tag structure? AFAIK theres a "lead" tag and all the other synonyms point back to that.
there's also an implication of power in clydesdale too - not a sprinter but definitely an engine of work
If a rider has to haul more mass up a hill, they need more power to do so at the same speed as a lesser rider.
It's a community-specific term that not all cycling communities are familiar with.
