One place I worked had over 1000 employees in the building and ~200 lockers downstairs with showers etc. IIRC there was a $20 deposit on the locker, but no ongoing fee. There was a 6 month+ waiting list for a locker, suggesting to me that there would be more demand for a "lockers with attached shower" set up than just a shower.

I suspect someone has done real research. Hmm, a proper question might be able to be edited in there.

easy to find research on "does having a shower at work make it more likely people will commute by bike", so perhaps "will potential cycle commuters pay for a shower near their workplace"
