FFS strava doesn't record right on the bent with my new phone

I wonder if the frame is screwing with GPS signals? But it worked perfectly with the old phone in the same place on the bike

@gschenk Sounds like you need a big torque wrench 😜 Makes these things easier

Big torque spanners have square socket interfaces. Bottom bracket tools that fit over hub end caps have parallel flats.

Use a socket as an adapter?

Geez... it was just my first ride alone after spring started and I already managed to get my muscles sore. How do you stop yourself from being over-eager (particularly after snow melts)? Is that what the "maximum heart rate alarm" is for? Do features like "warn me if power exceeds X" exist?

If the muscles aren't sore, the ride was too easy 🤣

@Sam for most people it’s not much of a problem on a bicycle

only affects your training plan and what you can do today or tomorrow

unlike running or climbing there is little injury risk in cycling

@Erlkoenig socket doesn't fit because of the QR that's clamping the tool to the hub.

@gschenk Brake rotors can be torqued just fine without a QR

@Sam just have fun riding and regret the hangover later. You're not training for competition, no need to self optimise all the time.

Drop them e-bikers and people who don't greet back, worry about leg pain later :P

@gschenk 1) Take spanner; 2) tape metre-long stick to handle; 3) hang 4kg from the end of the stick. Sorted. :D
