I am currently playing the Pro Mode (Player created Career) in NHL '15. I have already played roughly 10 games, but my growth in stats is very very slow. It takes roughly 2 games to earn enough points to spend on one stat per category (4-7 stats per category). Is there anyway to speed this up?...
but the fact that they started marketing it right when bf4 was having massive issues like they already moved on to the next thing turned me way off from battlefield games
im not going to tell people to not play it, but I am going to make sure people know that the same shit is going to happen to hardline that happened to BF4, that the beta seemed awesome and then at release there was so many issues. I just hope im wrong, cause BF is really fun when its working

Well, the biggest thing to worry about is having a reliable server (or 2)
going the other way is a lot harder
But that's how it was set up here before, and it worked really nicely for people, but I switched it to all local, because I was more comfortable managing that.
our whole fileserver is a fucking mess. it was a physical box, with different sized drives with no raid, and it was dying so we virtualized it. so now its got the OS drive which is too small cause expanding a 2003 drive is a pain, and then one 1TB vmdk, with "drive letter" folders on it just mirroring how it was set up before to be less confusing, but the old way was fucking confusing to begin with
luckily they don't have too much data the 1TB drive is only like 50% full. and I should just make this nice "archive" server that I made for desktop backups into the file server since its got a plethora of space and is 2012R2 already.
we have a pair of synology NASes that were meant to be the new fileservers but they jumped before they looked, so it didnt fucking work out, so one is a mirror of the main fileserver, and the other is my dumping grounds for Veeam Backups :P

@ZeroStack Datto/cloud backups would be awesome, but with 5mbit uploads we would be kinda fucked. The same guy who set up the fileserver was uploading stuff to OneDrive cause he got 1TB somehow, and was like, yeah! I'll use the internet in the office, cause at home i've got 1mbit! goes on to try to upload 90GB over a weekend, starting on friday afternoon. took until the next wednesday afternoon.

hes got this crazy rotating HDD backup system that has worked so far that basically has offsite backups daily, but it does have a huge flaw in it that im going to poke soon to prove that we need something better
pretty sure that in his system, if one of the four drives fails, 50% or more of the offsite backups become bad.
