@MartijnPieters As I see it, it was Jalayn who did the Looks good (you had a recommend deletion), and as a review/LQ, I don't believe the 'is it an answer' is the consideration, but rather 'is it a good answer'

If you follow my SO activity for the day, you'll notice I've learned quite a bit about MySQL transactions inside stored procedures. In fact, I've learned many things about MySQL transactions that are completely essential to doing them properly, yet if you read documentation on MySQL transactions...
