Is there a decent way to map <C-M-u> in gVim on Windows? I set wak=no for good measure, and regular alt key combos work (i.e. a custom <M-1>), but <C-M-u> doesn't do anything.
<C-A-u> doesn't make a difference, and neither does <C-M-U>. Nothing happens
