Somehow, of the 800+ questions on the site, I've managed to miss seeing enough of them that there are 300+ I never voted on. And I try to always vote on questions, it's the "cheapest" way to influence the quality of the site and reward good contributions.
That it's hard to keep up is a good sign! Early on I'm pretty sure I read in detail every single thing that was posted, though I rarely voted on answers outside of my wheelhouse (or when I was too lazy to check the calcs)
@ChrisMueller There is no easy way that I'm aware. I tend to every so often go through the list of recent questions looking for titles that aren't familiar, in addition to checking the active questions list. After I've had a period of low activity, I'll actually open up all the questions from the past few days in tabs and check them to see if I've voted. If I have, I scan for new answers; otherwise, I read the question.
You could scrape your user activity profile "votes" tab for post IDs and compare it to a list of post IDs from the data explorer, but that seems a little overboard to me.
I do attempt to read everything - I think as a pro tem moderator, I at least owe it to the site to read and vote and edit wherever I can usefully do so. Even outside of my area of expertise I can find spam and investigate plagiarism, though I try not to vote on answers I can't reasonably verify.
