Btw, I just got a fourth down vote a few minutes after I post my latest answer. It seems that the automatic mechanism for correcting irregular votes is not working in this case.

@Ѕᴀᴀᴅ I do not understand the downvotes at all either. But I wonder how "serial downvoting" would work for a single question. Multiple accounts ? People downvoting as a group knowing each other ? Maybe, those are just silly but independent downvotes. I do not know the exact heuristics , but I always thought that many downvotes in a short period (this does not seem to be the case here) lead to a correction.

@Peter No one knows the exact mechanism for autocorrection, but at least this (?) account cast two votes one minute apart but the third one came hours later. If it were all three in a few minutes, I guess the mechanism would more likely work.

I suspect socket-puppet accounts here, too.
