@Xander, or anyone handy mod, I'm having difficulty digesting the fact that a "new user" here for only 29 days, gained 3,686 rep in that time. It's not impossible for that to happen legitimately, but it certainly raised my eyebrows. Just an FYI. You need not respond to me if you'd rather not.

I am still overwhelmed by the fact that my reputation increased by 500 points today due to “voting corrected”. I want to thank you but, just to be sure, did you (the moderators) have anything to do with it? Or was this due to some sort of automatic mechanism?
