A moderator migrated this post to StackOverflow recently. As that revision history shows, the original post (from a very new user) was quite terse and doesn't offer a compelling basis for migration to StackOverflow in the sense of a programming exercise. Those who edited the post were trying to help, but (a) the OP never clarified what they were asking (or why) and (b) we should be reluctant to migrate Questions of doubtful quality.
