I don't know what has happened but no button is working on main site of any SE sites. Everything is fine on chat but whenever I click on any button like "Add Comment", "Upvote triangle", nothing is working although "Ask question" button is working.

I'm on MacBook Pro, using safari right now and having 5 tabs open from past 1 and half month (I don't think this has to do something with it because even if I open a new window then also the problem persists)

But on the same time, everything is working fine on my Google Chrome. I remember this happened to my Youtube site also, whenever I used to click on "comment" it says "Invalid request" but at that time also it worked fine on Chrome. What could be the issue?
