The above seems to be mentioned in this faq item on the main meta: Is it acceptable to add a duplicate answer to several questions?

So please, before you get other users involved in your copy-pasting business, do the work yourself and you might be able to avoid bad situations in the first place.

From some posts on Meta Stack Exchange I gather that the flag also pushes the answer into a review queue, but I am not sure which one.
